Elite performance, at scale.
My Approach
Even though organisations are made up of a vast number of different people and personalities, to me, they function like a singular human mind does. There is an abundance of competing and conflicting desires, interests, and traits that take focus away from what's needed to reach a given result.
Now, I will lose my mind (no pun intended) trying to accommodate every person inside an organisation. Where I believe the best leverage is, is identifying and bolstering a dominant identity that the collective moves in line with. Like an athlete on game-day: you don't try and satisfy all parts of yourself, you get into the mode that allows you to perform at your best.
That identity needs to be aligned to the strategy. From there, the working structures are configured to reinforce that identity rather than work against it. It provides something clear for people to attach onto and move in the same direction. It's the physical expression of an entity honing its focus upon a singular destination.
This isn't the only way to look at an organisation. It's the only way I know how to, and it's the lens I bring into every engagement.

Matthew's effect on our team was nothing short of amazing. He was able to harness the potential of our group that I knew was there but didn't know how to access fully. His knowledge of what great looks like is evident, and he is able to convey it in a way that resonates with others. He helped us to be much more connected and effective than we were before.
He has helped us a number of times to assist us in getting companies ready for investment. We are always blown away by what he's able to see, and how he's able to facilitate positive change. We are delighted to work with Matthew, and couldn't recommend him enough to others.
If you see the warning signs, let's talk.
