I spent over a decade as an elite athlete, operating where performance is non-negotiable and failure is visible. That's where I learned how people and organisations really function under pressure, and what separates those that excel from those that don't.

Alongside that, I earned postgraduate qualifications in organisational psychology, giving me the technical grounding to understand the conditions that shape behaviour and results – not just talk about it.
