The Essence

All through my professional basketball career, I felt deep discontent. Even though I was succeeding, I always knew that I was capable of so much more. I felt as if I was constantly sitting in the gap between who I was and who I could be.

Being in that gap drove an obsession: how can I get there?

What I was able to learn and apply has become the founding reason for PPA's existence.

Mid-sized companies feel this same discontent every day. Things look good on paper, but there's something that's stopping them from being where they really want to be.
